Millwork, Furniture and Install
UNIVERSAL has been working with The Spanish Design and Development team for The Pull and Bear China and South East AsiaRoll Out. The Pull and Bear Brand is the Urban Fashion Arm of Inditex Group (Which Includes Zara Stores). Mock Ups are Complete and we plan to deliver 150-200 Stores over the next 3 years subject to Site Availability Worldwide starting with China.

UNIVERSAL has been working with The Spanish Design and Development team for The Massimo Dutti China and South East Asian Roll Out. Massimo Dutti is the High End Fashion Arm of Inditex Group (Which Includes Zara Stores). Assouline USA Roll Out

UNIVERSAL has been working with The Hong Kong Design and Development team for The Assouline USA Direct Roll Out. Assouline is the High End Book Store with its First Direct Owned Store in the Heart of Las Vegas.The first 3 stores are complete and we plan to deliver 15-20 Stores over the next 2 years subject to Site Availability and the US Market.
Volvo Car Showroom Roll Out

UNIVERSAL has completed the Interior Furniture Fit-out of VOLVO Car Showrooms in Hong Kong, China, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia since late 2000. This was the start of The Volvo New Face Program and over the coming 6 years UNIVERSAL will Complete ALL Showrooms in the region before the program is expanded to cover The Americas and Europe.
Infiniti Car Showroom Roll Out

UNIVERSAL is currently developing, in conjunction with Nissan and the Designers T and T the 2007 Interior Furniture Concept for INFINITY Car Showrooms for South East Asia. This is the start of a superior product launch related to the Executive Brand Image for the dealerships. The Program will take 3 years to introduce and in that time UIC is expected to Complete ALL Showrooms in the region.
Terelj Hotel Project

UNIVERSAL has been working with Canadian Designers and a Procurement Company together with the Independent Owners during the passed 3 years to develop the First 5 STAR Hotel in Mongolia. UIC are very proud to be responsible for ALL the Millwork and Furniture plus Internal Fit-out works. The Hotel had its Grand Opening on 5th June 2008 and UIC is already working on other projects in Mongolia with the same Group.

UNIVERSAL has been working with The US Design and and Procurement Companies for The Nobu WorldwideDirect Roll Out. Nobu is the High End Book Restaurant and we have already completed projects in Las Vegas, San Diego, Waikiki, Melbourne and Moscow. We plan to manufacture and deliver more Restaurants over the coming years subject to Site Availability and the US Market.

UNIVERSAL has been working with Hong Kong Designs and the Development team for The Lei Garden Expansion and Improvement Program. In the passed 3 years we have Manufactured and Delivered a Large number or Restaurants in Hong Kong China and Singapore with Great Success. Due to these deliveries UIC is working on China and South East Asian Sites subject to Availability.

The UNIVERSAL Group are continually Developing and Improving our PRC Manufacturing Plants.
In the coming year we are aiming to reduce our waste product my 30% and increase the use of Recycled and Sustainable Material Products by 40%
